Rest is Not Something You Earn

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that rest comes after.

After the work is done.
After everything is handled.
After someone else’s needs are met.
After we’ve earned it.

But what happens when "the work” is never fully done?

When there’s always one more thing to do, fix, carry, or finish?

Rest gets pushed further and further away, moved to the bottom of our priority list.

And over time, rest can start to feel unfamiliar, like something we’re no longer allowed to access freely.

But rest was never meant to be a reward.

It’s a return.

A return to Self.

A natural rhythm your system already knows.

Rest isn’t something you prove yourself worthy of.
Rest is something you’re allowed to come back to, again and again.

Even now.

Especially right now.

If this resonated…you may want to stay here and practice rest a little longer.

There is a guided reflection to help you soften into rest, at your own pace.
